Image result for peter snellPeter Snell was born in Opunake in 1938, he was 21 years old when he won his first Olympic medal.
Three Olympic gold medals, two Empire Games golds, a clutch of world records and no defeats in major races
He retired in 1965.

    Hi James

    That is a shame that you could not use Canva as this is a really cool tool to use to make posters. I think when you get to school you should ask Jess or Johanna if they can show you how to use it. It is something that you could use in the future for your school work.

    Peter Snell is a great New Zealand sportsperson and has achieved some of the greatest things ever achieved by a New Zealander.

    No one else has ever achieved the same as him. He won two gold medals at the same olympics in the 800 and 1500m at the same olympics.
