Week Two, Activity 2: Offering a Helping Hand

Activity 2: Offering a Helping Hand

If I was living in 1930's to raise money I would,

1. do some baking to sell
2. make toys to sell out of wood
3. sell seeds from plants

  1. Hi James

You have come up with some really good ideas about raising money for the people in need back in the 30's.
I really like the idea of getting seeds from plants and growing them. So you could either sell the seeds to make money or grow them yourself and sell what you grow.
You could even donate the seed to the people who need them and they could grow the vegetables.
I am sure that making toys out of wood would also be a great thing that the children would just love. Great idea.
And baking is always a great way to raise money.
What would you make? Do you have a favourite piece of baking?

    Well done James

    Until next time

    Allie :)
