Activity 1: Moana
The movie moana is about a girl who is not allowed to leave the water around the island, but she needs to put the heart back where is belongs.
She travels across the ocean with Mui and has to defeat a lava monster and a big bling crab.
Once she has returned the heart to the land, all the rest of the land turns back to normal and is green with trees and flowers.

I think it is great that they have retold one of the Maui myths and made it into a movie. It lets everyone else in the world know about this part of the world.
I thought that Maui was very cheeky in the movie and imagine that thats what he would have been like in real life.
My favourite part of the movie is when his tattoos dance on his body.
